Resthaven By The Sea is an attached 1700 sq. foot bungalow located just a few minutes walk from the ocean and marinas and is situated in a very private setting. Only one step to enter this home makes it very comfortable for those that can't handle multi-levels. A spacious deck provides extra space for barbeques and private get-togethers. Professionally landscaped, the property boasts a wrought iron gate leading into a gardener's oasis. A large forested area surrounds the back yard beautifully and a small pond attracts a wide variety of birds. The main street of Sidney By The Sea is close by, where you'll find everything you'll need. This sea-side village is home to fresh fish markets, fine restaurants, ocean adventure tours, and unique shops.

This home has been decorated in earth tones and comfortable furniture. Inside boosts plenty of light with skylights making the home very bright. The large foyer leads you through leaded glass doors into the open living and dining room. The family room adjoins the kitchen which leads into the backyard patio. The kitchen has a great layout with loads of counter space. A country flair has been added with an old fashioned butcher block and a copper pot rack. The master bedroom is exceptionally large and features a walk-in closet and incorporates an additional powder room leading into the ensuite bathroom, with a jetted tub. The second bedroom overlooks the garden and also has a walk in closet. The third bedroom is used for an office. A stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located close to the bedrooms. There are new burber carpets throughout the living room and bedrooms, and hardwood floors in the kitchen/family room.
