Located in one of the most exclusive areas of the Costa del Sol, Casa Allegre, which means Happy Home in Spanish, is a traditional one level Spanish villa that has been finished to the highest standard and contains all modern conveniences. Rooms are generously sized and all bedrooms have their own en-suite. The house is set on a half acre of land which is totally enclosed by a wall for privacy and a temporary fence that can be put around the swimming pool, meaning that this property is very child friendly.

The villa is set in beautiful mature gardens with numerous fruit trees, Grape Vines, and extensive terraces which can accessed from most rooms for total indoor / outdoor living. Two hundred and seventy degree views of the Ocean, Marbella cityscape and Sierra Nevada Mountains mean that sunsets are amazing one has the feeling that they are in the countryside and not in the center of one of Europes most popular vacation resorts.

Casa Allegre is centrally located - a short 30 minute drive from Malaga Airport and 10 minutes to downtown Marbella. There are many local beaches, marinas, harbours and golf courses that cater to all levels that are all within a 5 minute drive. Numerous amusement parks, waterslides, night clubs and restaurants are also in the area meaning that there is always something to do. For those who want to see the real Spain, there are a number of traditional white villages within a 30 mile radius, and the historic cities of Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Ronda are all accessible as day trips. Should you not wish to journey that far, the old towns of Marbella and Malaga look much the same as they did hundreds of years ago.

There truly is something for every taste, and this beautiful villa is will not disappoint.
