Cancellation |
45 days cancellation |
If a cancellation is made more than 45 days from the check-in date, there will be no refund of the reservation deposit. If the Guest cancels inside 45 days from the check-in date and fails to pay the balance due, there will be no refunds of any funds received. If a Guest books and then cancels inside the 45 days from the check-in date, and has made payment in full, there will be no refund. If EMR is able to re-reserve the property inside 45 days from the check-in date EMR will refund the Guest in full for the total number of days that the property has been re-rented, less a 25% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for unused days or early departures. |
Smoking |
No Smoking |
Smoking will result in the loss of the guests damage deposit to pay for the cleaning required. |
Terms of Eviction |
Immediate |
Guests will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace, and unauthorized use of the property. |
Property Damage |
We pre-authorize damage deposits or on bookings exceeding 30 days, we require a pre-paid damage deposit. |
Guest will pay for all damage incurred while the guest is staying in the property, even if the offender is being hosted by the guest. |
Liability |
We assume no liability. The Guest is 100% liable. |
We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in any of our Self Catering Holiday Lets, while in transit to, or while on the property of any of our Self Catering Holiday Lets. |
Pets |
Pets are permitted in some of our vacation rentals. |
In properties that do not allow pets, any signs of pets will forfeit the guests damage deposit to pay for the extra cleaning required. Some properties are pet friendly, please call one of our reservation agents to enquire. |
Housekeeping |

Housekeeping can be arranged during your stay if you are a long term renter. |

Guest Stay Contract |
